DAY, MONEY BACK, SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on all accessories purchases!.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason within the first 15 days, use the automated RMA request tool located under the My Account link to obtain a refund on complete undamaged hardware.
RETURN Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests are processed
within two (2) work days, Monday through Friday. At that time,
you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number & instructions
on how to ship the item back. All returns must be sent back to
our warehouse location below. Please do not send merchandise back
to our east coast address:

- You can return it for a full merchandise refund under the
following conditions:
- Usually, but not always, the merchandise must be sent back
in its original packaging and received in the same condition as
when sold to you, including all parts and pieces.
- Software cannot be opened or tampered with. Opened software is NEVER refundable.
- Merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not
damaged during shipping.
- The package MUST have our Return Authorization Number
on the return label!
- Packages returned without the Return Authorization Number
on it will not be processed and may be refused!
- To obtain a Return Authorization Number please use the RMA request tool located under the My Account link at the top left of every page of AftermarketCellular.com
- On 15 Day Satisfaction items for Refund, & on Warranty
item(s) after 15 days, Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
- Warranty & Replacement items are shipped prepaid by us.
- Refused shipments will be charged twice the normal shipping fee.
- Returned shipments that were initially shipped "Free Freight" will be credited less the cost of shipping.
WARRANTY Information
Aftermarket items are warrantied by AftermarketCellular.com for one year from the invoice date. The consumer is responsible for shipping items back to us for warranty replacement after 15 days. Aftermarket Warranty & Replacement shipping BACK to you, is prepaid by us. We cannot accomodate Return shipping fees for locations outside of the USA.
Factory Original Equipment (OEM) Warranty passes onto you, as listed on each product. If you cannot locate the warranty information, try;
