What methods of payment are accepted?AfterMarketCellular welcomes payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards issued through these same companies. Which ever card you choose to use must be drawn on a USA bank. We also accept payment through your Pal Pal account. We do not accept checks, money orders or purchase orders.
How do I know you received my order?After you submit your order, AfterMarketCellular will send you an e-mail confirming your order was received. You will be sent another e-mail when your order has shipped. This e-mail will contain a shipment tracking number for your reference.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?Law requires that we charge applicable sales tax to any order shipped to an address in California. No taxes will be charged to orders shipped to any other state.
Do I need to order online?No, if you're interested in purchasing accessories by telephone, call AfterMarketCellular directly at 800-882-8162, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, to place your order. You may also leave us a voice mail after hours.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it's been submitted?
Because of AfterMarketCellular's fully automated ordering process, orders can not be modified once it has been submitted. If you need to cancel your order you must call customer service immediately. Please double check your shopping cart contents before submitting order. Refused shipments or cancellation of an order after it has been shipped will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all freight charges incurred.
FAQ - How do I know if the item I want to buy is in stock?
AfterMarketCellular.com lists the stock status of every item on it's detail page.
When the Stock Indicator (right above the "Add to Cart" button) reads:In Stock, then we have the item in stock*.
However, if the Stock Indicator says:"Backordered", this means that we do not have the item in stock at the moment.
AfterMarketCellular.com does accept backorders.
This means if you place an order for a single backordered item, once the item returns to stock, we will ship it out to you using the method selected upon checkout.
But, if you place an order for multiple items with mixed Inventory Status, we will ship out the in stock items immediately. Then the backordered items will ship to you by a Ground shipment method (usually US Postal) when they return to stock, with No Additional Shipping Charges to Anywhere in the USA!**
If an item becomes "No Longer Available", we will cancel the back-order, Refund the amount charged for that item, & email you with an alternate suggestion if there is one readily available.
*Please note that although we use REAL-TIME Stock status automation to update the availability of our products on-line, in rare instances Real-Time counts may be incorrect.
Occasionally a product is not available for immediate shipping (the last item in stock may be damaged, defective, or our inventory numbers may be incorrect). In this rare instance, we will notify you via e-mail that the item is on backorder. You will have the option to cancel. We will make every effort to fulfill the order as soon as possible, using Best Way Ground shipping methods in the USA.
**Canadian destination back-orders will be charged additional shipping fees up to $14.95 to ship back-orders via USPS/Canada Post.*
When will I receive my order?Occasionally a product is not available for immediate shipping. We will make every effort to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will have the option to cancel.
Please note that although we do our best to update the availability of our products on the site, at times it may be incorrect.
If you requested UPS - GROUND or U.S. POSTAL SERVICE Priority Mail, then the order will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days. Delivery times are typically between 5 to 7 working days, depending on the time of year.
If you requested either UPS 3 DAY AIR, UPS 2 DAY AIR, or UPS Next DAY AIR and it is received by 11:00 a.m. PST, Monday through Friday, it is processed the SAME business day!
UPS - 3 DAY AIR, 2 DAY AIR, and NEXT DAY AIR orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PST Monday through Friday will be processed the NEXT business day.
What shipping methods are available?We ship orders via United States Postal Service (USPS), USPS Priority Mail, and UPS. You will be able to select your desired shipping method when placing your order. All orders shipping to a P.O. Box are shipped via USPS. Most accessory orders will be shipped via USPS when ground delivery is chosen.
Can you ship to a PO box?Yes, we can ship to both APO and PO box addresses. All the shipments going to APO addresses are delayed due to security screening purposes. All the shipments sent to a PO box address will be sent only via USPS certified and insured mail which may take up to 7 to 10 business days. *Please note that a adult signature will be required.

Can I re-route my order after it has been sent?We cannot re-route an order after it has left our warehouse. Please do your best to receive your order at the address you gave us. Any orders returned back to us will result in you being charged shipping out to you and back to us and a restocking fee.
Can I have my order shipped to an address other than the address that I receive my credit card bill at?If you are providing us with an address to ship your product that is not listed with your credit card company, you should call your credit card company to have the shipping address listed so that your order is not delayed. Orders may get delayed because of this due to the extra time needed to ensure no fraud has taken place.
How can I track my order?Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping/tracking number. To check the status of your order use the form below and reference your tracking number.
When checking the UPS online site for tracking status of your package, your UPS Tracking Number results may display "No Information Found". If this should happen, there is no cause for concern. Please note that UPS Tracking Status Information may not be available online until the following morning after your package has been shipped. Please try rechecking the UPS tracking number status again at a later time. If the UPS Tracking responds with "Invalid Tracking Number", please recheck the tracking number to make sure that it was entered correctly.
How do I return an item?AfterMarketCellular offers a 15 DAY, MONEY BACK, SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ON ALL ACCESSORY PURCHASES. If you are dissatisfied for any reason within the first 15 days, use the RA Request Form to start the process of returning your merchandise.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) requests are processed within two (2) work days, Monday through Friday. At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RA number & instructions on how to pack, ship and where to send the item back.
GUIDELINES FOR PRODUCT RETURNS
- Products being returned must be in their original, as you received it condition, with all manuals, accessories, parts and pieces, using the same packaging that you received it in. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt.
- Please package the merchandise so that no damage will occur during its journey back to us.
- For your protection please insure your package and ship by a traceable method. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Software cannot be opened or tampered with. Opened software is NEVER refundable.
- You MUST put the RA number on the return label. Packages returned without the RA number on the label will not be processed and may be refused.
- Your RA number is good for 14 days from the date issued.
- For 15 day money back, satisfaction guarantee returns, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the shipping charges back to us.
- AfterMarketCellular is responsible for shipping charges back to you for all warranty & defective replacement items.
- Refused shipments or cancellation of an order after it has been shipped will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all freight charges incurred.
Are shipping charges refundable?For 15 day money back, satisfaction guarantee returns, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the shipping charges back to us.
AfterMarketCellular is responsible for shipping charges back to you for all warranty & defective replacement items.
AfterMarketCellular is responsible for shipping charges in the case where we have made an error or if did not receive the correct item.
For refused shipments or cancellation of an order after it has been shipped you will be charged for the original shipping charge plus the shipping charges incurred back to us. Also, please understand that these types of returns and/or cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
What do I do if my order is damaged or defective when I receive it?If any item in your order was damaged in shipment or defective, contact us immediately...do not wait!
Please call to notify us of the problem, then follow the GUIDELINES FOR PRODUCT RETURNS instructions.
If you call immediately you will not be responsible for the cost of freight to return the item and you will not be responsible for freight charges back out to you.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Exchanges can only be issued on defective non-OEM accessory products returned within 1 year of your AfterMarketCellular invoice date.
All defective OEM accessory product/warranty issues after 15 days must be taken to the manufacturer. Please see our manufacturer links on the RA Form below to locate the appropriate manufacturer.
All returns on non-defective merchandise returned after 15 days of your AfterMarketCellular invoice will be subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.
All returns whether defective or non-defective must be in original packaging and complete with all manuals, accessories and parts and pieces. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt to receive credit (any returns with defaced original packaging will be returned).
Credit cannot be issued until all returned merchandise has been tested and/or inspected.
Software cannot be opened or tampered with. Opened software is NEVER refundable. Car kits, Wire Harnesses and Repeaters cannot be returned once installed. Memory cards are not returnable unless defective.
Merchandise that is out of warranty or has been physically damaged, abused, misused or neglected in any way will be returned to the customer unprocessed.
AfterMarketCellular is responsible for shipping charges back to you for all warranty & defective replacement items.
It is extremely important that detailed instructions regarding the symptoms and all problems are thoroughly explained in writing on the RA Request Form.
AfterMarketCellular is not responsible for parts or accessories attached or unattached to the authorized products that are returned, but not listed on the RA request form.
All returns should be shipped via UPS, Airborne/DHL, FEDEX or Certified Mail in order to assure tracking capabilities. AfterMarketCellular assumes no responsibility for any return merchandise damaged or lost in transit.
RA numbers are valid for 14 days from issue date; returns received with invalid or missing RA numbers will be refused.
