When will I receive my cellular phone accessories order?

Occasionally a product is not available for immediate shipping (the last item in stock may be damaged or defective or our inventory numbers are incorrect). In this case, we will notify you via e-mail that the item is on backorder. You will have the option to cancel. We will make every effort to fulfill the order as soon as possible.
Please note that although we do our best to update the availability of our products on the site, at times it may be incorrect.

If you requested UPS - GROUND or U.S. POSTAL SERVICE Priority Mail, then the order will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days.

If you requested either UPS 3 DAY AIR, UPS 2 DAY AIR, or UPS Next DAY AIR and it is received by 2:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, it is processed the SAME business day!

UPS - 3 DAY AIR, 2 DAY AIR, and NEXT DAY AIR orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday will be processed the NEXT business day.
We will e-mail you to verify any items that are on backorder. You choose the number of days to ship by UPS!
