• Bluetooth version 2.1 with EDR: The ANYCOM USB-500 is also one of the first Bluetooth USB adapters to follow the new Bluetooth 2.1 + Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) standard. Bluetooth 2.1 offers much easier pairing of Bluetooth products, better security and encryption as well as lower power consumption. The new 2.1 standard is fully backward compatible to previous Bluetooth versions down to version 1.1.
